Sean’s place exceeded my expectations. His home is in a convenient, walkable area. The house was clean and stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with Sean was easy and check-in was seamless. I’ll definitely stay at Sean’s place again when in Richmond.

Spent two weeks here with work colleague for work.
Great place to stay, would stay again.
A minor issue with shower draining was fixed within hours by a plumber.
Only other issue is how creaky the stairs are next door, can hear them, but wasn't much of an issue compared to how nice the place was in general.

Sean’s place was perfect for our weekend in Richmond, with easy access to all the events we had planned. Easy check-in (he even notified us that we could check in early, which we took advantage of), easy to follow check out instructions, his place had everything we needed.
As he indicated, there was always on street parking available, even in a Saturday evening at 10:30 pm.
