Great stay. Would recommend for anyone visiting the Richmond area. The place is in a great location, it was clean and had all the amenities that could be asked for. Checkin was great and had really no complaints associated with the property.

Such as beautiful and quiet place. The space was clean and accurately described. The host gave clear and instructions and was super responsive anytime I reached out. The neighborhood is quiet, with a couple of parks near. Great for nice walks during the day. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone. Would love to stay again in the near future!

Sean’s place exceeded my expectations. His home is in a convenient, walkable area. The house was clean and stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with Sean was easy and check-in was seamless. I’ll definitely stay at Sean’s place again when in Richmond.

Perfect little place for a relaxing visit with our family that lives in Richmond. Hosts were very friendly and responsive to any questions. Would DEFINITELY recommend and look forward to staying here again!!

This place is an absolute gem in a great location in Richmond! Enough space for 4 adult women to sleep, spread out, and hang out comfortably. The space is gorgeous and well outfitted for everything. We cooked and did laundry. We were able to walk to shopping, restaurants, and nature. Book this house immediately if it's available.

Our stay at Sean’s place was very relaxing, comfortable and accommodating! It’s easy to get to all the parks, museums and restaurants from the house. The plants in the home really helped create a relaxing environment. We love sitting on the porch to listen to the birds and enjoy the air. We were provided with plenty of towels, paper towels, cooking supplies and utensils. The host was extremely kind and easy to communicate with. I definitely recommend staying in this historic home during your stay in RVA

Spent two weeks here with work colleague for work.
Great place to stay, would stay again.
A minor issue with shower draining was fixed within hours by a plumber.
Only other issue is how creaky the stairs are next door, can hear them, but wasn't much of an issue compared to how nice the place was in general.

We were in town for the marathon and our daughter lives in The Fan -- this location was perfect! Never moved the car all weekend. Also walked to the Pump House park; such a nice neighborhood. The apartment was great for two people: clean and well-appointed.

We enjoyed our stay at Sean’s place. The location in Carytown was great - lots of excellent dining options and shopping within a 15 minute walk or a 3 minute car ride. The neighborhood was quiet and parking was easy to find. Sean’s place was spacious and clean.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at Sean’s place. We loved the neighborhood - beautiful, friendly, safe, and near a lovely pond. The house was spacious and offered three full bedrooms which we needed to accommodate our group. The beds were VERY comfortable. We especially enjoyed sitting out on the front porch. It was easy to locate parking near the home. We found that touring the city of Richmond was very easy from this location - everything we wanted to visit was a ten minute drive or less. We had a wonderful time - thanks to Sean and the two co-hosts.
